Matthew

Matthew is a true Martial Artist having spent the majority of his life studying the Martial Arts. Achieving black belts in both Karate & Judo. Matthew has an all round view of the Japanese Arts. 
Matthew believes the mental benefits of Karate to be of equal importance to the physical and actively promotes this within his teaching style.

Sarah

Sarah is the lead instructor for the children & youth class. Sarah holds a Honours degree in Education & Social Inclusion and has achieved a Postgraduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) along with Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
Sarah's passion for teaching children shines through in her fun, engaging teaching style. A true traditionalist in her Karate training.

Dai

Dai is a British Army veteran, serving tours overseas in Germany & Hong Kong. After leaving the Army, Dai spent a number of years working within the security industry.
Taking up Karate in his mid fifties, Dai is an inspiration to older students showing Karate is possible at any age.
Dai instructs within the adult class and has a wealth of knowledge he shares with his students.

Aliesha

Alisha is our clubs safeguarding officer and instructs within our children & youth class. 
Alisha has been involved in Karate since childhood and has a strong foundation, understanding basics are the foundation of Karate training.
Alisha's friendly, outgoing and fun personality makes her a big hit with our younger students.
